Personal Trainer
Marina is a trained dancer with a strong focus on core training, strength, flexibility and postural work. She is a Rep 3 Personal Trainer, exercise referral qualified with ILAM and has pre and post natal qualifications.
Her training includes a wide variety of exercises from traditional free weights or resistance machines to Pilates-based workouts. In addition, she always introduces her clients to group exercise, as she believes that classes are a huge source of motivation and an endless way to have fun while working hard: "we achieve if we believe".
Marina's main areas of training are: weight loss, muscle tone training, pre-post natal, increased stamina & fitness level, core conditioning, improved flexibility and health & lifestyle advice. |
