Alessia has been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 7 years working in a management role and hands-on training with clientele.

A REPS 3 qualified personal trainer, studio coordinator and regular group exercise class instructor in various disciplines, Alessia has worked at a number of clubs and venues allowing her to understand the varying needs and abilities of clients.

Alessia has recently qualified in Stott Matwork and Reformer Pilates to help her clients achieve optimal musculoskeletal performance - strength, flexibility, endurance - without risk of injury or bulking up.

A former gymnast of 10 years, requiring tremendous discipline, Alessia continues to bring the same drive to Fit Chicks and its commitment to promote health and wellbeing. She delivers fit, motivated and healthy individuals, with a balanced aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.

Alessia has traveled the world and loves challenges. Always passionate and enthusiastic, she looks for commitment and consistency from her clients and gets excited to see the physical and emotional transformation that they go through.
 
 

MARINA PALMA
Personal Trainer

Marina is a trained dancer with a strong focus on core training, strength, flexibility and postural work. She is a Rep 3 Personal Trainer, exercise referral qualified with ILAM and has pre and post natal qualifications.

Her training includes a wide variety of exercises from traditional free weights or resistance machines to Pilates-based workouts. In addition, she always introduces her clients to group exercise, as she believes that classes are a huge source of motivation and an endless way to have fun while working hard: "we achieve if we believe".

Marina's main areas of training are: weight loss, muscle tone training, pre-post natal, increased stamina & fitness level, core conditioning, improved flexibility and health & lifestyle advice.
